Processing time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping service selected.

Tracking

All orders are shipped using tracked services. Tracking details will be provided once your order has dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s import rules.

Where available, ghosdeerii will pay or include customs clearance fees during the shipping process. However, this is not guaranteed for every destination or courier service.

If your country requires additional customs duties, import VAT, taxes, or handling fees on arrival, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by ghosdeerii.

If an order is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, refused, or left unclaimed, we can refund the product cost once the parcel has safely arrived back to us. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@ghosdeerii.com and we will assist with an investigation through the carrier.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
