Refund policy
Please contact us before sending anything back. To start a return, email support@ghosdeerii.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of your order arriving. Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Returns should be sent to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot refund items that do not safely arrive back to us.
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will notify you and process any approved refund back to your original payment method.
LIMITED U items cannot be returned or refunded due to the limited, numbered, and collectible nature of the release. These pieces are produced in fixed quantities and are not restocked once sold.
International orders returned due to unpaid customs duties, import VAT, handling fees, refusal, or being left unclaimed may be refunded for the product cost only once the parcel has safely arrived back to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases, as shipping fees are paid to the courier and cannot be recovered.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ghosdeerii.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.
